Creamy Fruit Purée
Ingredients
400 g Williams pear purée
50 g Water
50 g Caster sugar
25 g SOSA Gelcrem Cold
30 g Lemon juice
Mix all the ingredients together cold using an immersion blender.
Leave in the refrigerator for 20 minutes and use immediately.
Creamy Fruit Juice
Ingredients
450 g Lychee juice
50 g Glucose DE 38/40
35 g SOSA Gelcrem Cold
Warm up the glucose and a small portion of the lychee juice in a microwave.
Mix all the ingredients together using an immersion blender.
Leave in the refrigerator for 20 minutes and use immediately.
