Water-Based Vanilla Froth

Ingredients
600 g Water
100 g Sugar
12 g SOSA Sojawhip
15 g SOSA Proespuma Hot
2 NOROHY vanilla bean
Mix all the ingredients together while cold.
Heat at 175°F (80°C) and strain.
Pour into a siphon and leave to cool.
Screw in two gas cartridges and use immediately.
