Cold Yellow Peach Foam

Ingredients
450 g Yellow peach purée
25 g Water
25 g Caster sugar
40 g SOSA Proespuma Cold
Mix all the ingredients together. Strain and pour into a siphon.
Load each half-liter siphon with two cartridges.
Leave to cool in the refrigerator.
Use.
