Powdered gelling agent made from LM pectin starch, ideal for chocolate toppings.
For optimal use, mix the product with liquid whilst heating. Suitable for use with all types of fatty or milky liquids, it cannot be reheated, is freezable and is relatively slow-acting (24 hours).
You can use this product to make chocolate glazes or calcium-rich products.
